Throughout a full 7 weeks, I have learnt and fully understand what the Personal Development is all about. This course taught me that knowing and understanding myself, my strengths, weaknesses, goals is a crucial aspect in life in order to reach our maximum potential. Then, I have also learnt new sets of skills such as the importance of communication, creativity and also thinking outside the box. Through various assignments and activities, I was able to get to know my course mates better. Finally, as one of my course mates said “we are like boats wandering on the sea, still finding what we want in life,” the goal setting activities has efficiently provided me a sense of direction as to what I want to achieve in the near future.
